The practice of NANR (non-cancellable, non-refundable) has become widespread as a condition for obtaining a more advantageous price for your customer.
In the event of cancellation, it happens more and more often that the debit or pre-authorization is contested by the card holder. It is often long, expensive, and sometimes impossible to obtain payment.
To overcome this, the Medialog PMS allows in its latest version to integrate PSPs (payment service providers).
The customer receives an email and makes a payment with double authentication, IMPOSSIBLE to dispute
An email with a payment link can be sent to the customers you want ; the payment will thus be made by the PSP and guaranteed firm in the event of double authentication.
Before check-out, the customer receives their invoice by email and can pay it online, without risk of dispute.
The integration of PSP into Medialog also allows you to send your customers an email before their departure which will allow them to consult their invoice, then if they wish to make the payment online.
